The President of the company was previously the Chief Engineer of Signals for a Class I railroad and the Chief Operating Officer was previously the Chief Signal Engineer for a large Regional railroad.
All Railroad Controls field construction personnel are full time employees of the company. They are e-Rail qualified and Railway Worker Protection Act trained. Each construction crew is under the direct supervision of a General Supervisor and Director to ensure the highest quality construction standards are followed when installing customer signal and communications systems.
